Shipping & Returns
How material is packed and dispatched, what it costs, and the narrow circumstances in which a return is possible.

US standard shipping rates
Standard shipping is $9.95 for orders below $150 after discounts, and free at $150 or more after discounts. Orders containing 10 or more qualifying peptide vials also receive free standard shipping, even when the discounted merchandise total is below $150. Supplies sold by volume, such as bacteriostatic water, do not count toward the 10-vial exception. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the $150 threshold.
The initial checkout offering is for US destinations only. Expedited and international options are not currently offered. Payment processing is not active yet; an order review is not a placed or paid order.
Dispatch timing
Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, go out the next business day.
Every order is dispatched with:
- The certificate of analysis for the exact lot supplied.
- A handling and storage sheet.
- Lot and expiry marking on the vial itself, not only on the box.
Packing
Lyophilized material is sealed under vacuum in amber borosilicate vials, packed with a phase-change cold pack and insulating liner, and shipped in a rigid outer carton. Peptides in lyophilized form are stable for several days at ambient temperature, so a warm parcel on arrival is not a defect — transfer it to −20 °C on receipt.

Tracking is emailed at dispatch. Transit times are the carrier’s estimate, not a guarantee.
Customs and duties
International checkout is not currently offered.
Returns
Because these are research chemicals whose integrity depends on unbroken cold storage and an intact seal, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials, and cannot resell returned material.
We will replace or refund where:
- The material does not conform to its certificate of analysis.
- The shipment arrived damaged, short, or incorrect.
- The order was never delivered and the carrier confirms loss.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled without charge until dispatch. Once dispatched, the returns rules above apply.
