Who may purchase from Aminopia, what the material may be used for, and the conditions every buyer accepts at checkout.

1. Status of the material

Every product supplied by Aminopia is a chemical reference material intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing offered on this site is a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration by any route, under any circumstance.

2. Who may purchase

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.
  • You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, university, commercial laboratory, or comparable entity.
  • You possess the training, facilities, and equipment required to handle research chemicals safely.
  • You are purchasing the material for legitimate in-vitro research and for no other purpose.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, at our discretion and without stating a reason.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not, and may not permit any other person to:

  • Administer the material to any human being or animal, including yourself.
  • Resell, repackage, or redistribute the material as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or food.
  • Represent to any third party that the material is safe or effective for human use.
  • Use the material in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

4. No guidance on human use

Aminopia does not provide dosing information, administration protocols, reconstitution instructions for human use, or any advice regarding use in humans or animals. Our staff cannot answer such questions and will not do so. Requests of this kind may result in cancellation of your order and closure of your account.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of the material for your intended research, for handling and storing it safely, for complying with your institution’s requirements, and for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you — including import, export, and controlled-substance rules in your jurisdiction.

6. Regulatory status varies

The regulatory classification of these compounds differs between countries and can change. It is your responsibility, not ours, to confirm that you may lawfully receive and possess the material where you are. We do not provide legal advice.

7. Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy in full. If you do not accept it, do not order.
