Retatrutide

Metabolic research; three receptor targets · From $70

Overview

Retatrutide is a 39-residue acylated peptide that acts as a triple agonist at the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors, with reported cAMP EC50 values at the human receptors of approximately 0.064 nM (GIPR), 0.78 nM (GLP-1R) and 5.8 nM (GCGR). In vitro it is used to interrogate multi-receptor incretin and glucagon receptor signalling, including lipolytic responses in differentiated human subcutaneous adipocytes, and it has been investigated in preclinical rodent models of diet-induced obesity for effects on energy expenditure and glucose handling. It is an investigational compound and is supplied for in vitro and preclinical research use only.
