CJC-1295 without DAC
Growth-hormone release research · From $30
Overview
A synthetic analogue of the growth hormone-releasing hormone fragment GHRH(1-29) carrying four amino acid substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) that were introduced to reduce susceptibility to dipeptidyl peptidase IV and other proteolytic cleavage in vitro. It is investigated in preclinical and in-vitro systems as a GHRH receptor agonist, in studies of receptor binding, cAMP signalling in pituitary somatotroph preparations, and structure-activity relationships of GHRH fragment analogues. It is also used as a reference analyte in analytical and anti-doping method development for GHRH-analogue detection.
